Students understand the law and risks involved in plagiarism, file sharing, and illegal downloading. We also want parents to be aware of how certain technologies, such as peer-to-peer file sharing programs, work so that they can prevent dangerous situations.
Students must be aware that they stick to certain guidelines when referencing other people's work.
